Alcazar Networks is a nationwide VoIP, and ISP provider. Conceived in 2003, by ISP veterans seeing a need for the growing VoIP industry. Alcazar Networks’ vision was to create a one stop VoIP carrier service, to help mitigate the vast diversification of providers in the VoIP community. Alcazar Networks’ belief is that providers can, and should have a low cost, 24/7 support solution that you, and your customers can depend on.

Provisioning System
Alcazar Networks has developed an online provisioning and service system. This allows our customers to manage their whole account via the web, or XML based API system. Features included in the provisioning system is: LNP, e911 assignment, DID orders, CNAM support, and SIP peer configuration.

IP Telephony Network
Alcazar Networks’ IP telephony network is a multi-location high availability cluster of SIP routers providing the ability to route thousands of calls per second to our clients, while maintaining redundancy at the RTP audio level. Alcazar Networks’ peers directly with major backbone carriers to provide, the best possible route to our clients.

Coverage Area
Alcazar Networks provides a nationwide origination zone, and A-Z termination for voice services. e911 services are available throughout the continental United States, as well as directory services. T.38 fax origination is available at all of our Tier 1 origination rate centers, and T.38 fax termination is available through our PSTN interconnects allowing fax termination throughout the nation.
